If you want show quality looks get the momo.

If you excellent quality at a good price get the JL.

Alpine specs the amp sub channel at 100W @ 4 ohms. Not sure if the 5th channel can handle a 2 ohm load or not. If it can only do a 4 ohm load as they rate the power, you'll need a dual 2 ohm series wired to get your 4 ohms.

The amp may be able to handle 3 ohms on the seperate channel and in that case you would need the dual 6 ohm model parallel wired.

I'm sure Zane could tell you about Alpine's abilities. Give him a buzz.

Umm the sub outputs. It's brand spanking new with an install booklet etc.

Giving subs more power really wakes them up. The MRP-500 is pretty low power. You would really notice more authority in your bass.
