indeed. some cultures consider when girls start having periods and are sexually mature it's fair game.

(a) A person commits the offense of sodomy when he performs or submits to any ****** act involving the *** organs of one person and the mouth or anus of another. A person commits the offense of aggravated sodomy when he commits sodomy with force and against the will of the other person.

(b) A person convicted of the offense of sodomy shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one nor more than 20 years. A person convicted of the offense of aggravated sodomy shall be punished by imprisonment for life or by imprisonment for not less than ten nor more than 20 years.
