98 S 10 setup

anyone on here have a 98 S 10 single cab truck, and what setup do you have, i mite be getting one soon and i was wondering if ur setup gets loud or not, thanks

I'd definitly go with 10"s in a S-10 reg cab. I got a 12" box in my F-150 and i had to jack seat to make it fit. Alls i say is poor passenger.

would 4 re 8s hit pretty hard behind the seat with about 250 RMS to each?

hmm, Would possible fit. My buddy n me are designing a Sub box to fit in where the middle Storage console was its gunna look sweet when were done. But thats for a 95 F-150 Ext. If you have split seat you could take out middle in S-10 and put a nice 12" there. Ive thought about putting a 12" next to me in the middle. My truck box may not be big nuff for my 12" SX airspace wise. Im not taking the seat out. Just gunna place the box on top of it.

RE 8's would be easy to slide under the seats possibly too. I think they run at 200 rms. Dunno for sure. You could find a reasonably priced amp for them all too.

lol my friend did that with his sub, he has it sitting in the middle of the seat, but the box makes a good armrest hehe
