87 Camaro LT T-Top

I've got a 87 Camaro LT T-Top. I'm trying to figure out many things but in the end i want it to be a sweet ride and loud car that didn't cost me an arm and a leg (just a leg) to fix up. Where can I find all around weatherstripping, interior such as door pannels, headliner. I've noticed also that the car seems easy enough to take apart as far as carpet, would it be worth my time to matt it, for noise damp?? I live around the KC area so if anyone knows of a good box builder i'd like to know their names. I want to put 2 12's, 6X9's, 4X6's, and a component set. I'm sure some of you out there have came upon a setup like this that you've either seen or done so if anyone could point me in a direction i'll listen to what you have to say. I'm not really wanting to win any medals but as far a street bumps I want my system to be real loud, and clear. If you can help me thanks.

hi i had a 87 z28 camaro and had 4x6 in the front and 6x9 in the rear , I started with 2 kenwood 12 sub but they didnt sound correct and it was in the proper enclosure i was using the kenwood mono amp down to two ohms , so i bought a bazoka ten tube with the kenwood amp and that hit much cleaner and harder than the 12s . Now i have 95 ***** am similar trunk as your camaro and i have 3 jl10w3d2 subs running off a kenwood excelon mono amp mb quart for rear fill and diamond audion component for the front and this sounds great , but i am very familar with camaro and firebirds and will gladly help you

Honestly, I am wanting to get the interior work, and exterior work done first than i'd love to put in a couple grand for the system. Did you have to do any work to the body int. ext. if so whre did you get the parts and what did they cost.

If anyone out there knows a good place for weather stripping i'd relly like the info. I'm in desperate need to get the stripping replaced on the car, than interior, than system.

thanks, as soon as i get the body done, i'll be back with help on the installs, but i wouldn't mind the hints. What's everyone putting in camaro's. And i'm talking about the entire system, and does anyone dampen it, as far as taking out all of the carped, seats, headliner, etc. and dynamax it??
