760 setup questions

heres my setup on my 95 s-10 reg cab:

pioneer premier 760

mtx 8302 amp(425 watts)

1 infinity perfect 12

polk 4x6

it just doesn't seem to sound right. the highs are ear shattering, and the bass could be a little deeper. can anyone give me a few suggestions as to where to setcurrent settings in parentheses)

sub crossover(frequency and level)(50 hz, 0)

hpf(frequency)(125 hz)

low/mid/high(0/1/3)

should eq-ex and/or sfeq be on?(both off)

I have read the manual, and played with the settings, both to no avail.

you'll want you hpf and sub crossover to be the same frequency....right now you're missing(somewhat) all the frequencies from 125 to 50 hz....also try holding the audio button on it for a few seconds....i've never used the 760 but i've messed around w/ quite a few of their other higher end models and most have this function, it'll allow you to change the frequencies curve
