4 Ga. Vs 8 Ga. Question

Screw all those amps sell your sony's and get a couple of MA Audio amps. Not that Sony is bad but with these amps like the Memphis amps you dont have to worry about whther your Subs can handle it or not or even wonder if you have enough power. Im running 2 MA Audio 1000W amps into 2 HX2 RF 12in subs in 2 seperate boxes made by memphis audio and im cranked all the way up and bass all the way down both coils bridged and both amps bridged 4G wire a cheap pioneer wal mart deck Stinger cables a dry cell and factory speakers. and i do not ever trun it up past 15 can barely handle Ministry at that level let alone some 3six Mafia or even Michael Jackson. No need to get all crazy when you can get great clear sound with minimal upgrades. My sound is clear as a bell and loud as hell. With the memphis boxes they produce much louder sound and deeper bass depending on your speakers. So go with the memphis boxes and MA Audio amps (which are made by AudioBahn) DO IT NOW!!

also: Does it make much of a difference if i bridge or use both channels (1 for each woofer)?

gains are not i repeat are not volume controls and if you gotta crank up the gain your outputs on your hu are junk. clipping = too much gain you keep blowing speakers you are that much closer to being the ultimate volume master lol. speakers are nothing but motors that push a cone. time unless they are rusted or weathered shouldnt hurt them at all.

That's just it! The gain on my amp is at less than half way and it sounds great. I just don't get it. Maybe it was the rap cd i put in. Who knows. Pretty good amp for the price i paid, if I do say so myself.

Maybe it was beaten up, i didn't check. But anyway lets forget that.

Now help me with this please: it will affect me when i do decide to move up to jls or something.

Does it make much of a difference if i bridge or use both channels (1 for each woofer)?

You're running the amp @ 1 ohm

and

Your power wire is 12-15 feet long

??

If so, I REALLY hope you have a 60 amp fuse at your battery, if not, I would imagine you're running a pretty good risk of having a car fire.
Huh? is it just me or are all the people with senior vip in here retarded??
