26 Hz?

Is 26 Hz for a box for my 12" T1 ok? I did that box design thing and i put it the info of the sub and it came out to 2.33 cu ft @ 25.84 Hz.

Tuning that low is not going to be very peaky, which will blend well with your front stage - and leave you disappointed if you're looking for lots of output.

MAn i dont know what the hell kind of box to make im so confused. One thing says 2.25 cuft the other says 1.75 cuft. Some say 40 Hz, some say 32 Hz now im seeing 26 Hz. What do i do? I listen to rap so i like that low deep bass what should i do?

2.25 @ 32 hz sounds good. now build it.

id go with 2.25 @ 30 HZ, or make one tuned @ 26 just to see if you like it.

I liked mine tuned @ 25

between 30 and 33 hz is prolly where u wanna be... that is my personal pref if what u are looking for loud lows.... cuz that is my fav part of having subs...

^^If you love the lows, you must try a lower tuned box. I miss mine so much, that if i had the space, id build another.
