250 dollars and im not sure what to get

i was told this was the best place to come by a friend

i have 250 dollars and an acura integra that needs a sound system

all i know is that i want an MP3 capable head unit, two 6.5 speakers in the front and two 6x9s in the back

i also know that i want a head unit that a year from now i might be able to attach an amp and a sub to without any problems.

Can u guys suggest what i should get?

That goes a little bit over your budget, but you could always just get two pairs of 6.5's, and put those in the back as well.

Try to get a HU that has 2-3 preamp outputs(more the better) and the highest output voltage on them within your price limit. Most newer HU's should have around 4V or so. This will allow for best expantion possibilities down the road. And if your budget is very firm, spend a little more on the HU, and skimp out on the speakers for now.

Well it has 3, they are 2v though, pioneer is continuing to unimpress me with their new product line, but i think its your best option for the money, there aren't that many half decent mp3 decks around that price.

right now they have a system builder deal were if you get 2 pairs of speakers and a hu you get 10% off + kenwood has about the same deal but you get 50 bucks off. Just get a good hu and the low end KFC speakers.
