it depends what you want to sacrifice. regear it for a quicker 0-60 but lose your top end.
It will be a VERY noticeable difference if you do them all at once. i would do the tuner first myself.
If you don't want to get extremely involved, do the intake, exhaust, and tuner with a 91 or 93oct tune with firm shift points and see how much you want after that. If you still want more, you are gonna want it turbo'd or supercharged.
I ran 5.43 gears in my jeep and i could pull off 60mph at full tilt. (that was with 37's though)
