2000 Ford Ranger XLT, Fold down seats, need ideas

Hi, I have a 2000 Ford Ranger xlt, extended cab w/fold down rear seats. I'm looking into putting in a basic system maybe around 300 dollars sub/amp together. I don't really know anything about this type of stuff, I do know that I would like to be able to keep one jump seat open in back if I can. I'd like to run 2 10' subs, unless 1 is just as good as 2, or 1 12'. I need sub/amp info what brands are good, amount of watts to use, etc. Anything helpful is appreciated im pretty clueless on this. I would also like ideas on where to put the sub boxes or pics of what other people have done in the past. Thanks for the help!

well how loud do u want it to be and how good do u want it to sound. what are u trying to achieve with the subwoofer setup.

i'de get a kicker l7 10 inch and put it in a ported enclosure... then you could buy one of those mono 600 watt profile amps to power it

OK... back up the bus here. Do you want a sound quality system or a really loud one (spl). 300 dollas isnt going to buy you much. Post up your needs.
