i lost the book that came with them and need to know how big of a ported box and how many ports and how long the ports should be, i plan on building a box for them during winter, something to just keep me busy lol

Get the specs from http://www.rockfordfosgate.com and plug them into a box building program(ex. WinISD).

The power HX-2's specs are as follows:

SEALED - 1.0 cubic ft per chamber

PORTED - 2.5 cubic ft per chamber with (2) ports measuring 4" round x 12.65" deep, the tuning will bring it down to 40hz.....
