1 JL10w7 or 2 15" kicker comp vr's?

This kid i know is selling his 10w7 for $250 with a JL sealed box. What would have more spl, 2 new cvr 15" kickers(dual 4 ohm) or the w7? The JL has been repaired under warranty because the surround was peeled away from the outer edge. I could get both for the same price. Any suggestions?

In spl the 2 15cvr will annihilate the 10w7 in spl

if you want really good SQ, go with the JL. If you want good SPL go with the kickers. If the W7 is in good condition, that is a pretty good deal.

Yeah if the w7 is in good condition and working thats a hell of a deal.

i had 2 10cvrs vs 1 12w3 (old).. and the w3 won..

The w7 will of course have better SQ, but for you (I am assuming you are new to the car audio world) I guarantee you would be more impressed by the 2 cvr 15s
