Kept playing with it... sub channels seem to have some kind of issue... crackling. There is output just not reliable/consistent.

Tested and all works! I didn't notice any issues.

What enclosure specs would you recommend? I quickly played with WINisd and the easiest thing for me is an 11 cube enclosure (the trunk) and using the skipass as the port (~6x11) and tune to mid to high 20's. WINisd optimum was approximately 4.5 cubes at 27-28hz.
