I think it's the dacs that are inside of them, they can play up to 192 /32bit music.

For the price of that kicker 10" you could get a Sundown SA Rev 3 10" and I promise that will outperform the kicker in almost every way. Amps on the other hand are a little more expensive, what's your budget for an amp?

I would get off the kicker thought, because you can get MUCH better for cheaper, and obviously not much more. Stick to these brands they have TONS of options. Sundown audio, B2 Audio Etc... Those 2 are my favorite and have anything and everything you could ever ask for or want. What's your budget?

Your saying your highs are " to high" , do you mean harsh, or do you mean they are picking up to much of the higher frequencies? If it's neither then you could try setting your EQ on the 80prs to be flat. Otherwise I would say it's the speakers you got, or your speaker amp settings need to be...

I totally agree buddy, in the end gonna be running 3 370 HO alts. For now I am gonna get 2. With some biggggg lithium batterys. But fir now just seeing if the Sony with the 360.3 is the end game .

Going to start out on 4 ohms, so I won't need that heavy of electrical, but once I get at 1 ohm or around there, I'll buy another cyber 12k amd add another alt.

Going to run a cyber 1 12k lithium battery for now and going to be running either a big singer alt or dual singer alts.

The reason I wanted the Sony gs9 is so I can run everything with optical with a dsp. That way my music would be played at higher resutions.

Either, which ever has the better choice amd is higher quality.

What in your opinion would be the best headunit to run with a dsp? Money is no object?
