    Amps are staying on.....???

I recently made a trip in my Jeep and took out the speaker box that had the amp mounted to it. So, I unscrewed the amp, pulled the speaker wires and removed the sub box. I left the amp (teramps md3000) still wired, laying down under the back seat. This morning I found the Jeep battery dead. So, I figured out that both of my amps are staying on when I turn the Jeep off. What is happening?

How do you guys get 1/0 gauge wire into amps?

I took the splice out and ran one of the cables direct. Boom, it hits good. However, I do notice some of the lower bass lines in songs not picking up.
  3. Will these be durable/reliable ?
  4. I have a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and want to install some LEDs (2 each side) facing down on the side steps. And some inside, maybe a couple on the floor on each side of the cab and a couple on each side of the roll bar. Which ones are good quality you guys use ?

How do you guys get 1/0 gauge wire into amps?

Guess the easiest way is to just take the splice out and see

How do you guys get 1/0 gauge wire into amps?

Okay, that might make sense. Since I had to split the RCAs. Explanation - head unit is a pioneer AVH-211EX The deck only has two pre-amp outputs, so,, I had to split the RCAs from the four channel amp to the monoblock

I may just have an extra PAC. Now I am thinking it’s the RCA setup

Yeah, gain is up. I played with the settings on the deck and it gets a little louder. But, I am not impressed at all. I guess it’s a different vehicle. But out I had it in a larger box in the trunk of a Lexus IS and it was twice as loud, on that jbl amp. I thought the additional power would improve the performance.

Installed the Teramps md 3000 to my FI “Q” 12 and not happy. I was was running a JBL BP1200.1 to her before I sold the truck and it was performing much better. WTF?

Told you it would sound bad. First time I have even heard of them. Thank you.
  13. After reading all about the best wire to run to a 3000 watt amp, I have actually ran zero gauge wire from my battery to the amp, as well as for the ground. Now, I don’t understand why the amp has 4 gauge terminals. So,,, I am cutting the wires down and twisting them like crazy to push them into the little holes 🤣 obviously someone is going to flame the crap out of me for this question. But I don’t care. I just want to know the best way to hook this up.
