I can dig it. Thanks man! I ended up getting a set of 10oz'ers... they have some weight, but I like the feel. Can get a solid 30 min workout on it, without my arms getting heavy. Ive never felt forearm burn like that in my life though... its amazing. Couldnt ball a fist the day after. lol.

I plan on using gloves... Not much into bare knuckling it. Probably get some heavy gloves, and work it for cardio.

Looking to get a heavy bag for some cardio/strength training... if you had to choose between a canvas or a vinyl bag, what would you pick, and why? These 2 are local for a good price each... Either one look better than the other? Both 40 bucks each, and in good shape. 75 pounds each...
