Check the wiring of the sub. Make sure all the cables are touching what they are suppose to be touching. Check the cables for any burnt marks. Are the negatives going to the negatives and the positives to the positives?

Hey great read. I just found this thread (in 2024). I have an amp that produces 2500watts rms and it was working nice until one day popping sounds started to sound out my amp almost every 3 seconds. I installed everything myself and I knew the ground wasn't legit since I didn't even grind it but...
