LOL..

The idea here is, that 'box' covers the spare tire.. Then, I'm gonna glass in all the remaining space to form 4 boxes, 2 for 12"s, 2 for 10"s.. I'll have the amps on top of that box there (the one in this pic)..

With the tailgate up, all you will see is the glasswork/4 subs and the amps (gonna carpet the top of the box before the amps go down). I might put a 'door' on the back to cover the tire and give it a cleaner look when the tail is open, but I don't plan on having the tail open often ;)

The reasoning is, that tire is too big to fit in the bed standing (it's a 31.5" tire, ZR2 Blazer, off road package). It is supposed to be mounted outside the truck on the back, but I don't like it there.. LOL.. so, I keep it in the bed.. but the only way to have subs and tire and still have back seats is to glass the odd shape that's left over to get the volume for the subs..

When it's all finally done it will look sweet (I hope ;) )..

For now the tire (and boxy cover) is out and I have 4 MDF boxes mounted.. As soon as I get this roll of film developed I'll put up the "temp install" pics :)

EDIT: There are some pics of one of the 10"s in it's temp box.. For now all 4 subs are in those, painted black and stuck in the back of the truck..
