I'd have incorporated the 6X9's onto the box (separate chamber, of course)

4 15's and 4 10's? I suggest just going with the 4 15's, or 6-8 15's...

the 6x9s are bolted on to the box behind the seat that house two 15s in seperate chambers. The 10's box is not pre-fab. I learned my lesson with those. 3/4 MDF with Liquid Nails, tons of screws, and lots of silicone at every joint.
There is no carpet under the box.

Hey do not mix and match sizes of the Speakers. Unless u are planning to ply them at different times

Why would you say that? The 15s for low lows and the tens for the upper lows. Has always worked well for me. Very clean and full sound. I'm not an SPL comp, SQ
