All you would need is a 12v led? Ive done the clipping test with a tweeter before but never with an LED. I figured an led would stay lit the whole time the amp is feeding power or pulsating to the sinewave
It does have line outs but only 1 left 1 right and was going use those when I get around to installing 6x9 in the back.
So I have to use the converters.
I was going use the stock whirring for now just use 75watt per speaker so not to over power the wiring.
Maybe down the line change the wiring.
Wanting keep price down for now till j get some body work done.
I have a 1000W buck converter set up at 14.8v with a current limit since the amplifier is rated at 14.8v and I limited the current to something reasonable
so far its working fine no problems. battery isnt bubbling or making any noises. stone cold. and having the super capacitors hooked up really helps whenever the bass hits hard keeping the voltage up so the amplifier can get as much current as it needs.
The Pioneer 8604 amp is ok. Connected my GTR-1001 sub amp and its power and protect lights would turn on back and forth and the sub would pop on and off loudly even at volume 0. Swapped in my old deck and everything is fine. Probably blew something on the RCA side to my JVC KD-X360BTS.
