He has declared the COTUS only protects the rights of American Citizens. The COTUS wording and the hearing decisions of the SCTOUS say otherwise.

If he insists he is correct, then he is by default saying the COTUS is wrong and the decisions of the SCOTUS are wrong.
The COTUS says what it says. As I said there can be different opinions of how the document should be interpretted; the 2nd amendment is a great example. I too think it's referring to citizens. For example, we treated Indians differently, we treated Mexicans differently after the Mex/US war, etc.

Furthermore, everybody thinks the decisions of the SCOTUS are wrong. Most recently, tons of people (probably a majority) disagree with overturning Roe v Wade. And previous to RvW getting overturned, a bunch of people thought RvW wS wrong.

You really need to back off this uncontrolled need to be right. It has you justifying bad behavior from your side, attributing positions, twisting logic, distorting reality, etc. You can't even get over the fact that "Sleepy Joe" wasn't literal.

As a person who spends alot of time in hotels, the majority of the staff SEEM to be citizens. Hypothetically, none of them should be illegals.

Would you agree that no matter what anyone thinks, feels, believes, opines, wishes, hopes, desires, the decisions of the SCOTUS remain in effect and have not been overturned? That those decisions get followed (like Roe v Wade was) until the decision is overturned?

Or, do you think that peoples' feelings, beliefs, opinions, wishes, hopes, desires, are what create the reality?

Interesting that you think I need to back off on proving myself right when stuff is debated here, but seem to have no problem with Thxone wanting to "fight to the death" (a metaphor, though he has actually offered violence more than once) to claim he is right, even in the face of indefatigable proof that he is wrong.
