About what? The people causing damage should be charged.

It's unfortunate that Diaper Don only cares about rioting some of the time. When people are rioting on his behalf....he pardon's them. But that's how criminals like him operate.

By that logic are you also declaring Bass, Walz, Newsome, et al criminals for letting rioters riot?

If we agree rioting is bad, should National Guard units be deployed to stop the inevitable rioting that will occur during the not peaceful protests this weekend? Should progressive leadership distance itself from the protests this weekend and should they do so ahead of the inevitable riots? Should they condemn narratives like saying "King" & "Dictator."

Trump himself said they need to skip due process for these cases.

It's worth considering. BidenCo basically flooded the system with so many illegals that due process would take take ridulously long (which also potentially violates COTUS). I'd much rather see illegals expedited out of the country than see TrumpCo engage in the lawfare against the previous administration for failure to uphold the law.
