I have not seen any press releases where it was amended to match what you want it to be.
The COTUS is speaking of Americans.

Now, tell me where the COTUS says we are to reward criminals.

Well maybe you should not have used that example of Zadvydas vs. Davis because the idot MS13 member that got deported was accepted back in his country... moving on.

Right off the bat the COTUS states who this is for and who it is talking about. WE the people of the United States. Not people who enter her illegally. You know, the people you want to reward for breaking our laws. When the COTUS says Any Person it is still talking about any AMERICAN.
