That's an interesting take. Judges have to reference existing law that shapes the decision.
Show me the decisions and opinions that were arbitrarily made, and how they contradict the law, or were not supported by the law.

I'm open to all factual information. I'm not a fan of "it seems" or "trust me bro" nonsense.

I think anybody who has been following this with an eye for facts vs just trying to find something to back their preconceived notions would have noticed that the courts are making their decisions along political lines vs making solid legal arguments. I posted this morning about the conservative judge that ruled Trump restart deporting under the "Foreign Enemies Act." Apparently, the law is currently being decided by political vs legal interruptions.

Good question. Are we copying what other countries of the word do?
Do we do it to prevent becoming a Third-World country, with sick/hungry/poor on our streets, in our cities?

What federal healthcare programs are all these illegals getting approved for (not a rhetorical question)?

They're on Medicare and Medicaid. You're welcome to deny it, but I'm literally seeing it with my own eyes on a daily basis. It's been reported all over the media for months now. There literally buying buildings and renting out hotels for these people. Feel free to dismiss that reporting since facts are accepted and dismissed based on whatever preconceived political position the consumer has.

You're "literally seeing it" is a great claim, but it's not really proof of anything. Medicare requires citizenship for eligibility, except for certain rare and specific circumstances. So does Medicaid.

Under Title 42, states must have systems in place to prevent eligibility being obtained by non-citizens.
Neither Medicare nor Medicaid provides rental funding to anyone, citizen or not.

I've asked before and I'll ask again: Please provide proof of your claim regarding all these illegals that you claim are getting federally-paid Medicare and Medicaid.

I've had more than one person tell me about the welfare recipients "cashing their checks" and "waving their checks in my face", when checks haven't existed for 20 years. I think you can appreciate why I would ask for proof of a claim like yours.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Illegals aren't getting medicare/aid despite all the reporting and what Elon revealed about the spike in SS#'s being issued, etc. I'm not supposed to believe what I'm seeing with my own eyes.

Clearly I think BLM riots happened or I wouldn't have compared the J6 riots to the BLM riots, so we're already starting from a false premise. Notice the attempt to a bunch of false comparisons. Keep in mind this is happening in a vacuum and I have made it abundantly clear that I think J6 was a riot vs an insurrection and why numerous times in this thread.

You should pay closer attention to what is happenign in the world.
Trump imposed the tariff, thinking that China would come crying to him.

Instead, China said "**** off" and imposed retaliatory tariffs.
Then, Trump agreed to drop our tariffs if they dropped theirs.
Show me the "billions" of dollars in import tariffs that the US citizens paid, for all those items that were never shipped here, or are still on boats.

If you know as much as you claim to know about HIPPA rules, you would know excactly what you can and cannot divulge about a person. You would be able redact protected info in seconds, yet show the eligibility you claim is happening.
If you don't know what you would need to redact to stay within HIPPA rules, then you shouldn't be handling ANY of the info.

So quit slinging bullshit that you can't prove in any way.

What does planning have to do with an insurrection? Is planning a requirement or part of the definition?
If someone pulls a gun and shoots someone (killing them) in t he heat of passion (unplanned), does the lack of advance planning mean a murder did not happen?

If you dismiss J6 as just a "riot" and consider it the same as the BLM riots, then you must find the activities analogous. Burn a Target store, break into the Capitol to prevent the electoral vote.

I have no need to prove the events of J6 were an insurrection. The events themselves, and the legal aftermath for those involved, are the proof.
