After my 96 I do not get paid.

It'd be interesting to know if in the past they traded regular sick leave for the extended partial-pay sick leave. I can't imagine getting regular full-pay sick leave PLUS up to 52 weeks of partial-pay.

Phasing out oil is insane:

It's never going to happen. Biden's full of shyt, the oil companies are full of shyt. Big oil and companies in general, govt's, etc don't invest in infrastructure because it pads their bottom lines now and it's somebody else's problem in the future.

I just did some reading. It's a good start I think. It is a demanding occupation. Hell, I get 96 hours of PTO quarterly from the word go but we can also take time off if need be without pay and without any fear of punishment. I would call this a win "for Biden" if it works.

You get 12 paid days off in a 13 week period? I find that hard to believe. That's about 20% of your possible work days paid while you stay at home. I will be the one to call BS. 48 paid days off per year? That seems like a stretch. You said that you can also call in and just say I'm not coming in? I'm not buying what you're selling. I'd have to see proof of working for the best company ever.

You don't have to "buy" it. 96 hours quarterly. If they are used, they reset. If not they do not compound. It is a stressful job and they encourage good mental health including time with family. You don't buy it? Perhaps find a company that cares about its employees like those that have been family owned and oriented since the early 1900's. Douche bag.
