Is it a problem or not? Some athletes found a loophole and took advantage of it. Give it some time for legislation to pass that forbids it. Problem solved.

Yes it's a problem and yes there is a need for legislation to forbid it. Unfortunately it's a race to see whether legislation is passed to make it the norm for men who don't feel like they're men to be allowed to compete against women or it will be prevented.

Well it seems these workers have several issues do they not?

Attendance is on a point system.
Not much time to spend with family.
Pay is low.
Health, both physical and mental are being affected.

An offer was thrown to them of a raise of 24% by 2024 and a few days off without repercussions. 1 with pay. Nothing really touching the key points of their grievances. I can understand why they rejected the offer.

I don't know many Republicans or Democrats that think men should be able to compete in women's sports. There is a very small amount of the population that thinks it's ok.

These voter fraud units just exist to provide cover for the voter fraud that is happening on a massive scale and tilting the balance of power in US politics. Ironically, it's unfortunate that I have to include the [/sarcasm] because what I just posted is exactly the conspiracy stuff that the majority of the GOP base has made into party platforms. Not some small wing of the GOP, it's a majority, so much so that politicians that are willing to at least partially embrace this stuff probably won't make it thru the primaries. Liz Cheney is the perfect example - as conservative as conservative gets but she knows this stolen election crap is total BS and she paid with her job.

This is what they currently have. It was put in place by prior collective bargaining:

"Under the national collective bargaining agreements, rail employees receive, on average, three weeks of paid vacation. More senior employees receive up to five weeks of vacation. All rail employees also receive a combination of holidays and personal leave days (up to 14 days for each employee, depending on craft and seniority).
Unlike employees in other industries, rail employees who are unable to work due to sickness, after a waiting period, receive up to 26 weeks of partial income replacement — under a federal law known as the Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act (RUIA). Railroad employers solely finance RUIA sickness benefits.
In addition to RUIA benefits, some rail employees receive, at the railroads’ expense, a supplemental sickness benefit that increases the income replacement rate above the RUIA rate (to approximately 70% of daily pay) and extends the period of payment to a maximum of 52 weeks."

The US median pay for a rail worker on a 40 hour week is $50K. GED is the required education.

It's a pretty simple answer but I suppose it's not obvious to everyone. If the outcome falls on Biden then him not screwing it up would be coming to a resolution that is beneficial for the people making the complaints.

Instead of listing things and then asking non rail workers.... ask THEM what Biden could do. The railroad workers are pretty clear with their grievances.

You didn't even list the point system for attendance which is one of the major issues. Getting rid of that would be job #1

The NCAA clearly thinks it's okay. Hubbard competed as woman weightlifter in both the Commonwealth Games and the Olympics. Quinn competes in professional women's soccer, she has been in Olympics (twice?). It doesn't necessarily matter how anybody feels about ***** athletes competing as women, what matters is if the NCAA thinks they're going to get sued for not allowing it. IMHO, there needs to be clear legislation on the matter. I certainly don't want my girl competing against guys/fomer guys and I would let my son compete against girls.

That's pretty vague. Biden has already made an offer that benefits the complainants, so I guess he's already succeeded based on your vague answer.
