I never said there is a rampant problem. And it was two swimmers. They don't ignore steroids in men's or women's sports because "it isn't rampant."

I got randomly drug tested in Junior College and D1 for every type of drug. Maybe they should be drug testing for HGH? The athletes would shitt their pants if they did because I think that requires blood testing.
