Stop moving the goal post. You said you cannot convict without witnessing something. That means you do not believe without witnessing something.
You said that you cannot convict based on feelings. That means that all juries who have convicted without witnessing a crime and without seeing video evidence of the crime are wrong?

Why does the court system not know about this rule of having to witness a crime or see video of a crime to be able to convict?

The goal post are in concrete. If a girl says a man ***** her I cannot sit on a jury and go "I feel she is being truthful, lets send this man to jail for life". Nope, not gonna happen. If there is undeniable evidence that proves a man ***** a woman then I could convict. What are you not getting?
