Yep. Focus on the important stuff!

The focus is always on whatever "they" think they can get the most milage out of. I'm not sure why they aren't focusing on some sort of actual platform. Their platform seems to "Stolen Election," Biden bad, impeachment, more stolen election.

Reminds me of the GOP talking about Clinton's BJ for almost a year straight leading up the to the midterms. Sometimes they just latch onto something and can't let it go. That's politics...

Doesn't take much to get a liberal wound up.
I sure got your wheels spinning.

Rob, just because I said we have heard the supply and demand shit before doesn't mean shit. The point was that this administration refused to take ANY responsibility for ANYTHING. But use it for your narrative Rob.
If "supply and demand" "doesn't mean shit" in the discussion of price for a commodity like gasoline, then you are obviously clueless about supply and demand. Why do you wnat Biden to take repsonsibility for supply and demand?

Vaccinating part of a person, that post specifically was sarcastic satire. You and Bobby got dickhurt about it. Everything that came after was pointless as neither one of you can prove the ability to vaccinate part of a person. But again, feeeeeeeed your narrative Rob.
Ahhh, "sarcastic satire". Nice try at a backpedal, except you spent FAR to much time trying to argue your point about "partial vaccination". If you didn't believe what you were saying, why defend it?

Actual prices... scaring liberals for decades. Like I said, I don't care how you want to try and make things look normal by the use of your averages, cost over time and all the other shit that you and others want to use to make prices look like they haven't really changed much when in fact they have. $10 is more than $5 period. If you are paying $10 instead of $5 you are paying more. Period.
Aren't you the guy who accused ME of "making everything political"? How in the world do you consider nominal pricing and real pricing to be a "liberal" thing? Is it because Conservatives don't understand things like math and science, and the only thing that makes sense is what they see NOW?
And you are STILL arguing that one figure is bigger than another, and that is all that matters.
Do you really think a $600 TV today is more expensive than a $500 TV 20 years ago, even though the cost per sq. in. is about HALF today than what it was, not to mention income has gone way up? But no, $600 is MORE, and that's ALL that matter, right?
Change the 10 on your amp to 11. Because, 11 is MORE.

Prices increase over time and rise like a staircase, I get that. However when you throw a step or two in there that is twice or three times as high and continue climbing then there is a problem. Then people like you and the administration that cause the larger step (inflation) will try to blind people with historical pricing and averages and blah blah blah. "Technically if you factory in all this bullshit you are only paying $0.14 more for that $25 steak that you paid $8 for during the last administration". Yeah, that shit.
Yeah, "that shit". That "shit" is called mathematics used in economics. Simply because it makes no sense to you, doesn't mean it's wrong. Take some remedial classes in math. Take a class in economics. Learn how those "shit" numbers are actually VERY important and tell the real story of money.
You would be shocked, and it may even help you be able to focus on the real issues, not a few cents difference in the price of gas.
So easy.

Example? Any examples of Biden or Rob (or myself?) using averages and historical pricing in some nefarious manner?
Sure, every post that Rob makes when he responds to me and then tries to educate me about averages or cost over time or real vs nominal or whatever. Let me just make sure you guys understand. A person paying $6 a gallon for diesel today isn't going to give to shits how Rob wants to spin it to make it look like the price has barely went up. If that person paid $3 a gallon 6 months ago he isn't going to then be happy about the $6 a gallon now or as Rob would spin it... mere cents on the dollar more over time.

Nope, my car is parked. My wheels move only when I move them son.

Supply and demand doesn't mean shit when the topic, MY TOPIC was this administration not accepting responsibility for jack shit. YOU made supply and demand a topic when it wasn't even relevant to what I said. You do that a lot so you can start arguments... cause you are a dick.

Here we go with the backpedal accusation yet again. Just because you choose to not agree with what I have said, several times, doesn't make it a backpedal. It makes you a crybaby.

Hey, do any of us buy gas over time? Food from the grocery store? No. The price we pay is the price it cost when we decide to buy it. Unless you think we can go to a retailer and negotiate down to a price from 20 years ago then I don't give a fuck about your view or reasons for doing what you do.

"That Shit" Listen you ignorant cunt, I know what the fuck it is and I don't need it. It serves no purpose for me to have someone "tell me a story" about past prices. How much am I paying now and who is to blame. THAT is what matters. What did THEY do to cause current prices. When we know then we can plan for the future so it doesn't continue. Like voting different.

All that typing without answering his question or request.
I thought you were the one so desperate for “conversation”.
You completely blew off his last attempt to talk to you about nationalization of oil.
Rude and hypocritical.

I didn't blow anyone off. I spent 3 hours on the road and am in a hotel in western Ohio. Some of us got job shit to do.

As it is though I was not talking about nationalizing oil. I was asking questions and as usual nobody wants to answer them but instead want to ask questions back to statements I never made so... yeah.

Mmmm hmmm. I can see from your words here that you’re wound up like a clock spring, kid.

THE topic was the price of gas and YOUR claim was that Biden sets and controls the price of gas. Supply and demand, OPEC, international buying and selling, commodities trading and speculation, all were mentioned as causation for price fluctuations. YOU however, simply want to say “Biden bad. He mean to big oil. He make prices high” either because you don’t understand economics, or you simply hate Biden do much that facts don’t matter to you.

Here we go with the backpedal accusation yet again. Just because you choose to not agree with what I have said, several times, doesn't make it a backpedal. It makes you a crybaby.
Changing your story after you’ve been called out on it in a variety of ways is the epitome of a backpedal, kid.

You’re literally STILL arguing that real pricing means nothing. Well, if real pricing means nothing, then stop b!tching and just pay. You can’t complain without a reference point. Without real pricing, the past means nothing.
Work enough to pay your daily nut and STFU about change if change if time is not relevant to prices.

It’s actually the recession caused by Trump that is resulting in higher nominal prices today. Without his recession, there would be no inflation. Why did he cause a recession?
Can you tell us why you aren’t making more, or are unable to make more money today than when Trump was in office, or is that too personal a conversation?

"Wage Growth in the United States averaged 6.20 percent from 1960 until 2022, reaching an all time high of 14.79 percent in April of 2021"
What year was that record growth in?

The price of diesel climbed from when Trump took office until the pandemic hit. Why does he hate our country? Why did he keep raising prices? That makes my Snickers bar more expensive!
What an ahole!

Do you have an example of this; Rob trying to movements of dollars to mere cents? I've seen him use averages because that's typically how these issues are analyzed; ie what was the average cost of gasoline in 2019, what is the average cost of gas today, this year, last year, etc. I see nothing nefarious in such a comparison.

Seems Jimi answered your question, presented a hypothetical based on your questions, asked you some questions regarding his hypothetical, and then talked about possibilities & asked more questions about your position on the subject.
Like a…conversation.

Calling Bobby a coward when you are afraid to be proved wrong yet again. Offering unverifiable "proof" of your claims. Making a conscious effort to prevent the facts from being found out. Deathly afraid of the truth.
You made allegations that show your surgeon is not fit to be practicing, yet won't give him an opportunity to defend himself.
Cowardice at its finest.
Coward.

He likes to call me a coward because I didn't beat the crap out of the guy who abused my daughter that I didn't know was happening. He literally makes zero sense.
