It’s satire. Pointing out how every generation thinks they are better than the next generation for a variety of reasons.

The first election line I ever waited in was similar. Ironically, they want to do away with machines, mail in voting and enact stricter ID requirements - all of which will make the lines longer and longer. Maybe that's the goal....

I’m not for inclusion, but if we’re not going to do something about the bullying, then we should allow the bullied kids (or someone in their stead) to beat the shit out of the bullies with no repercussions.

But isn't bullying just part of growing up. The bullies never go away (ie Trump). That said bullies were suspended and otherwise disciplined in my school. There just wasn't this zero tolerance BS.

All civility in politics went out the window a while ago. I remember years ago watching the news and you'd see politicians in other parts of the world literally going to blows in their versions of Congress. I used to think "how does it get that pucked up? That will never be the USA." Now I can see how it gets that pucked up and firmly believe they'll come to fisticuffs at the Capitol in my lifetime.

Do you want to know what I think happened? Follow along with me as I take you on a journey you may not want to take.

There are more Democrats than Republican and those in power want to remain in power... no matter what. I think that these machines are made by people directly or indirectly tied to the Democratic party. There are large sums of money involved, bribes and kickbacks. A backdoor was put into these machines so that specific people could manipulate them. In this case, by shutting them DOWN! The goal is to frustrate and inconvenience Republican voters to the point that they walk away, vote in a way that can be manipulated or in some cases, don't vote at all. Whatever the case, the Republican vote will drop significantly with little physical interference.
