You claimed a law applied to ME, but have been wholly unable to prove it does by simply explaining the legal punishment for ME breaking the law.

You can’t do it because your belief of how the law works is incorrect. And, everyone here can see that. Not even the dumbest forum member would take your side and say you are correct in your belief.

They only thought they could steam roll Kiev, and failed. The rest of the country was always going to be shelled into rubble. Russia has a clear military history of shelling cities from a distance. They were never going to steam roll the whole country in a German style blitzkrieg. Judging by how they operate, the plan was to take Kiev and shell every other city over time into submission while occupying the money center of the country. Now it will just be shelled at a slower rate. Russia isn’t going to stop just because our media wants to compare this to WW2 battle strategy. This was a decade long war from the first day it started and planned all the way back to the annexing of Crimea.

Oil, food and territory. Ukraine has 15% of the worlds corn and 10% of the worlds wheat also. They feel like Ukraine was part of Russia. The NATO deal was enough all by itself to.. Russia is an artillery based military. Shelling cities from a distance is how they are set up to fight.

Who knows? But Soviet doctrine is to shell the shyt out of population centers. Look at Syria. You can't apply logic to the question because the invasion wasn't logical in first place.
