I'd say definitely. In the case of 2016 Manofort gave Russia voter data. Enough of a trail to launch an investigation. Ultimately Manofort took the fall. We'll never know lf Manofort acted solely on his behalf or on Trump's behalf.

In the case of 2020, Trump can't conjure up evidence to get it thru court even when the Judge is a Trump appointee. The utter lack of evidence was so bad Gulianai ended up getting his law license suspended for making false and misleading statements to the court (aka perjury). We all remember perjury, the GOP racked Clinton over the coals for making misleading statements about BJ's in the White House.

If you think you need to watch infotainment to have common sense and a working knowledge of things, it says a lot.

You’ve had a biology degree for what should be 26 or so years, and didn’t know bones have nerves and pain receptors in them.
Out of high school for what should be 30 years, and don’t understand averages, real or nominal pricing, percentages, common English language usage and definitions.

You see, the word "anyone" is inclusive of ALL people who make the claim. It applies to Democrats, Republicans, Tea Party, Independents, white, black, Jew, Gentile, Atheist, etc etc.
Your assumption that it must only apply to Republicans is telling, though. Almost as if you hear "voter fraud" and automatically feel it must be a Republican claiming it.
