Don't attack people with ARs. Avoid riots. Don't play "officer for a day." Just because you have and AR doesn't make you invincible. Why the politicians keep on winning.

So we've all seen that the Dems want to add a code to credit card purchases specifically for guns. And in turn we've seen the right up in arms, bitching about the second amendment, etc, etc, etc. And as easily predicted the liberals support this legislation 110%. Of course gun sales should get a little boost out of this...

If anybody takes 2 seconds to think about this I'd assume you'd reach the same conclusions I'm reach:

1) Totally useless bill. When a $500 purchase from "The Firing Line" shows up on my CC statement don't we already have a good idea what it's for???
2) Since they're gathering data from all sorts of different sources (like the microphone on my phone that supposedly isn't on right now) don't they already know I've been thinking of making a gun purchase?
3) Don't they already know if I'm a member of the NRA, RMGO, etc and therefore a gun owner?
4) When the CC card sells my info to a data aggregator, won't they 99.99% know if I own guns or not....

So the Dems may or may not pass a bill that accomplishes next to nothing but will probably be full of pork and we'll argue over whether this is the end of freedom in America as we know it, etc, etc, etc.
