Featured Is it possible to change language to english in this particular car radio?

Hi, I tried to put this particular car radio of my cousin's to english (or Spanish for that matter), no luck so far. I cannot read Japanese so I tried looking for the right settings using Google Translate and ChatGPT. But despite a lot of effort I couldn't get the desired result.
I am starting to wonder whether this radio does not support languages other that Japanese.
I am used to car radios having both English and Spanish (no Japanese), I have a Sony CDX-G1200U, and used to have a Pioneer DEH-X3850UI, and both had that option. I at least expected this Japanese radio to have English available, and not finding it was a bit of a shock.
Any help, or thoughts on this matter?
Thank you.

The radio is a Clarion QX-6590m. I could not find a manual for it but you may have better luck.
If you have no luck, you can try a Mitsubishi forum since it was a collaboration between both companies.

Does it have a settings mode, and were you able to find it? Seems that the symbols would help to navigate it. Contact the company support to see what your options are. If this continues, look for another headunit.

Here's a link from Mitsubishi help. https://www.mitshelp.com/micont-686.html

Not all models have the option to change the language, as it may be part of the installed ROM. Go to the "Menu Settings" (as labeled from the translated picture in the previous post above) and look for the language option. If you're not seeing the language option, which is labeled 言語, it's very likely that it cannot be changed since it is part of the ROM (it's not a multilingual ROM). If it is there and "English" isn't written in English, the kanji symbol is 英語.
