Is there a set maximum charge limit each month? Yes. Currently, the maximum advertising charge limit for the 5-10 positions is $395 per month. This meaning, if your site listing receives over $395 dollars worth of click-throughs per month, the maximum amount you will be billed is $395. If you receive less than $395 dollars worth per month, you will only be billed for the click-throughs you have received.
How long does it take to get listed in the Top Car Audio Shopping Site Listings? It usually takes less than 2 business days to get your account setup and site listing live on the CarAudio.com site.
Are all web sites accepted for listing? No. Before any site is listed, we evaluate it to ensure it is car audio related and that it meets our high standards of content and branding awareness. We reserve the right to refuse enlistment of any site.
Will my site listing remain in a certain rank, or position, in the Top Car Audio Shopping Site Listings? Once weekly, we rotate all the participating site listings. The highest positioned sites are moved to the lowest position, therefore, the lower positioned site listings are adjusted higher accordingly. This will help ensure all site listings receive equal visibility.
How do I list my site? Simply complete the online sign-up form and submit it to us. We will evaluate your site and if approved, setup your account and add your site, typically within 2 business days. We will send you an e-mail to let you know your approval status.
How do I cancel my site listing? If you decide not to continue your ad campaign, simply e-mail us a cancellation request with your site name and account password and we will delete your listing. You will only owe for the clicks your ad has received up until it's cancellation and removal from CarAudio.com. *Please allow up to 2 business days for account cancellations.
When is payment due and how do I make payment? Payment is invoiced monthly, through PayPal, for the previous month's click-throughs. Full payment is due within 10-days of the invoice date. Payment by credit card, or check is accepted. You may pay online through a trusted 3rd party credit card and online check processing company (PayPal).
How do I track how many clicks my site listing has received? You may track your site's click-through statistics by logging into the Advertiser Backroom section above. This will display the total number of page views and clicks your listing has received and how many clicks you will be billed for.
Is your click tracking software accurate and does it offer fraud prevention? The click tracking software we use to track click-throughs is a commercial grade product and is very accurate. We also have a fraud prevention system in place to ensure advertisers are not overcharged for fraudulant click-throughs. Example: If a fraudulent visitor clicks your link repeatedly, or over and over at the same time, the second and so on click-throughs by that person are NOT counted, or added to your billable click balance.
Where exactly will my site listing be positioned and what will it look like? Your site listing will appear on the CarAudio.com homepage, in the "Top Car Audio Shopping Site" listings. Below is an example of what your ad listing will look like:
