I bought one of these in the same condition. It cost me $85.00 to be repaired and Amp Repair Center. This amp is stout. I was able to do just over a 150 in my CRX with it run at .35 on one VFL 10" sub and one NSB G2700 battery.
LOL@fuses........I hear yalls are gonna break a 160 in NW by finals. This will be impressive to say the least! The truck already does over a 150 on music and burps a 155+
Bump for the sale.
There are actually 2 of these in existence. One has a prototype heat sink and the other has a standard American Bass type heatsink. This amp is the same as a DD Z2 high volt version. This amp is quite efficient for its size but feed it some voltage and it will beat your woofers to death. Bill...
I still have 2 brand new 106S4's. They sound excellent! I can get them to do around a 145 on the TL in the trunk of my Grand Am, t-line box, off of a MTX 1501D! I keep a blown pair around just for putting dust caps on recones...lol.
This! I might add, you will want to put some weight on the cap so it squishes the glue evenly. I use an old Visonik sub magnet. A full can of spray paint will work well too.
