i wouldnt take them back, if they worked fine and now an issue you have no idea what he did to them. maybe a amp setting, maybe he played them to loud and damaged, who knows. either way, if you know for sure they played properly when you shipped them than its on him
Again tho, you have to be logical and mature about it, it's $400 bucks. You can show up and things can get out of hand real fast and at the end of the day its just not worth it.
