Dont the dakotas have a 150 or 160 amp alternator? I had a car with a stock bosch 150 amp alternator, and ran anywhere from 1500 to 5000 watts. I did have a large battery supply, but for 1500 watts, you could get buy on a deep cycle underhood and one in the trunk.

Was Atomic the first 3000 watt amp released here by Zenon? I don't know why they're so cheap, but its been like that a long time. I remember SPL Guru selling a dozen or so atomic amps i believe for 350 shipped each a year or 2 ago. They're still tanks, but the Sundown is really more for the CS...
