Should I consider 6.5's for the rear? Ditch 6x9s all together?

I have a Memphis 16MCD-1000 (1100 RMS @ 1 ohm) that I am saving for maybe an SA-10. Just trying to upgrade the speakers in the car right now and do the sub later down the line if ever.

What would be the best way to run multiple amplifiers on a stock head unit? I want to run an amp to all four speakers, two tweeters, and maybe add a sub. I want to keep the stock head unit to maintain a factory look.
