    Voltage problem

Not entirely true. More or bigger batteries will help your voltage say higher, above the battery's resting voltage. Batteries float at the voltage your alt is able to put out (depending on its load/amperage output). If you have enough reserve capacity in that 'floating' range from your batteries...

    loosing a half of volt

The negative run is going directly to the rear distro block and then to my amps. That's why I plan to do a negative run from alt to front battery to give the amps a better negative connection to the battery.

    loosing a half of volt

The dark flex is the factory wire. I used red just because it was left over from my 1/0 positive run. So I have my positive and negative 1/0 runs in red. Only an idiot working on the car wouldn't know which is which

    loosing a half of volt

The wire on the top of the alt is the negative. I plan on running another 1/0 from that same bolt to the front battery but haven't gotten around to it yet.

    loosing a half of volt

The probable reason connecting a negative to the chassis may help is because your single line of 1/0 negative would be choaking and the chassis helps 'share' the negative run. The chassis is not a better conductor than an OFC 1/0 wire. You may also try adding a 1/0 negative directly from alt to...

    Critique my Diagram.

We can't really tell you if your wire size is correct since we don't know the RMS you'll be running. But in general, it's good unless your drawing 2000+. The 16g on the sub wire may be too small, especially when it's really cheap to buy 14 or 12.

    1 or 2 batteries?

Point being the cost of a cap is equal to if not greater than a good small battery that would do a better job (HC 800, Batcap 800).

how do i wire my qaud 2ohm sub to 2ohm?

While it may not make a difference, according to your manual Worstenemy's diagram is not the proper way to wire to get a 2 ohm load. Just click on the link I provided and look at the manual. It provides a wiring diagram.

    Power wire after distro. block

We're not saying you can't use the 4g. We were saying make sure you fuse the 4g lines from the 1/0. Fused distro, in-line fuse holder, same thing. Just make sure you fuse the 4' lines with 100-125 amp fuse. If using an in-line fuse holder, it must be within a foot after the distro block. In...

    Batcap 800

Just get the 800 under the hood and if dimming still occurs then get another 800 and install it in the trunk.

    1 or 2 batteries?

The HC1400 won't handle that wattage as your main battery without slight dimming at high volume on transients, even with an HO alt. The HC1400 under the hood and a batcap 800 in the trunk should suffice. I'm running HC1400 with 1900RMS with a 180A HO alt and I start dimming at moderately high...

    Electrical Probs

Since you've tried multiple alts we can rule that out as the problem. It's something to do with the way you have it connected. Do you have the regulator harness connected properly? It's not pinched or cut anywhere? Verify you have a negative run from the engine block to the battery. This can...

    Electrical Probs

Since it's actually giving output (otherwise it would be at the battery voltage), a smaller pulley may not help you. You can test this by rev'ing the enging about 100 RPM higher than idle. If it makes a difference on your voltage, then consider a smaller pulley.
