I have a set of CDT comps. EF-51CVi 5.25" 2 way Euro cast convertables with 560s. I picked these up because I liked the ability to mount the tweeters in the woofers if necessary, because space was DEFINATELY an issue in my lil 325i. The speakers are excellent. For those of you who know CDT...

Update: A bad 560 x-over, and a lot of amp tuning was needed.

75 watts to the speakers. Were mounted in kicks. The CDTs can handle 100RMS I think the head unit has 1 preout, im not positive. Its an old clarion HU and I dont have a key to get it out. I did split the signal at the back to go to sub amp/speaker amp, but I also tried it with the original rca...

Equip: Clarion HU, Audiobahn Sub Amp, Audiobahn Sub, Audiobahn 4 channel speaker amp, CDT component system. For a while i just had the stock speakers in back, the RCAs from the HU going to the Sub Amp in the trunk and that going to the sub, and my CDTs wired and ran to the back but not hooked...

Why?

I have a pretty much brand new 20GB Ipod. It has less than an hour of playing time and still has the plastic over it. I have everything that came with it as well, could let it go for $250 shipped.
