If I entered MY car, It definitely wouldn't be for show. What I have in my car now is listed at the bottom of all my posts. I'm looking into some Digital Design and Alpine Type-R subs, though. If I entered, I would most likely have to change what I have now. What about you...what's in yours?

I have a friend that has these...Once again not the best SPL woofer, but with the right enclosure they sound pretty good. Also, for some reason, these subs don't sound all that great if they're behind a seat (i.e. in a car). They sound a LOT better in, say, an SUV.

I think I got it. Wire one channel to each sub, then wire each sub in series or parallel depending on the load I want to run them at. That was my inclination, but I wasn't sure...thanks, man. Joshua

I'm looking into a pair of 4 ohm DVC subs and a Rockford Fosgate 450s amplifier. The RF puts out 225x2 at 2 ohms. If I wire the subs to run at 2 ohms, will I get 225 to each sub? Would someone just tell me how to do it? I know how to wire in series and parallel. I just need to know if these...

good advice ahead of me. You probably just have a wire rubbing occasionally. Pull it out and make sure everything is tight. Also, it's best to just spend the ten bucks for the wiring harness. It's one less headache. Joshua
