it says fb = 35hz then ports- (1) 4" x 10.75 long, what is the 35 hz and does that mean i will need 4 ports, each 4 x 10.75

Is there any website that will teach me how to wire subs into the amp and ground the amp and hook it up to the cd player.. so pretty much everything.. or can someone explain it? thanx
