Amps and h/us, do the watts add up

I just had a quick question about amps and headunits. I am getting new speaks in my car and i am gonna get an RF 750X amp to power them. This provides 94.75 x 4, my headunit gives like 22 x4 rms. Now will these combine so that my speakers r getting 106.75 watts each, or when i hook up my amp will i not be able to use the watts from the h/u? thanks for the help.
