Running Speaker Wire To Doors, Help!

ok ive been trying to figure this out for the past hour and a half and i feel like a moron. i cant seem to find a way to punch through the boot and get the wire to my doors. i want to run all new wire, as opposed to just splicing into the factory amp. the wire is coming from an amp, not the head unit. are there any tips and/or pointers to doing this? please help, i want to get this done today so i can have tunes! thanks.

well here's the thing, on my truck it doesnt even seem that theres any space in the boot. i dont know how to explain this.. hmm.. from the inside of the cab, theres two plastic plugs that go into where the boot is. from the door, there is a hard plastic surrounding the bunch of wires that comes through. what should i do?

what he said. I use my old, broken, drum sticks. they really open up the space. though I HATE wiring stuff through that boot.

Bumping this thread for later reference. I have been trying (unsuccessfully) to run wire in my doors for a long time. Hopefully it will get warm enough again that I can try this new method.
