    new system

    is the LANZAR OPTI2000D 2000W Mono Block Optidrive Digital Car Audio Amplifier Amp to much for 1 Lanzar OPTI1232D 12" Subwoofer Dual 2 Ohm VC, with a slot ported box. and what way would i wire up the sub to amp to get the best results

    since it's d2 you'd have to wire it in parallel to get 1ohm. Though that amp makes its most power at 0.5ohm
