Upgrading from Shaker 500

Just wanted to make sure the following sound system setup will work properly together. I have a 2007 Mustang GT w/ Shaker 500. I will be removing the current Shaker head unit, amp, and door subs and replacing the door and rear speakers. Would the following items work together properly?

Clarion CX501 - Head Unit
Kicker 10DX500.1 - Amp
4 Pioneer TS-G6844R - Speakers
Alpine SWR-12D2 - Sub
Zenclosure trunk box to fit 05-10 Mustang

deck is fine ,speakers are crap,sub is ehhh,not sure about the box ,amp also ehhh.mine is all stock ,but added a dd 3512 sealed and a arc audio kar 1000.going to do 2 way components in the doors ,these,CDT Audio ES 62i US lower doors CDT Audio HD-800 CF
rear deck CDT Audio Megabass CL-6M Sub on a mmats 6 channel .will leave the sub stage as is ,she loves it already ,and this in the dash Clarion NX702 Navigation receiver at Crutchfield.com

thanks for the info. My install guy charges under $100 and my current item total is $850. Id like to keep it as close to $1000 as i can. So without spending a whole lot more, what speakers would you recommened?

i could sell you some cdt hd components for the frt doors and mids for the rears prolly around 420 for both shipped.and i can do some 8inch subs for the lower doors 300 each on the 8 inch subs ,yea the subs are a bit pricey ,might be able to do better on some different subs ,just need to check mounting depth first
