Can be if you send it to be repaired at the right place. A couple vendors here trust db-r and I'd recommend the same

I've used db-r for repairs too. Great service.

When it comes back from him, disconnect the battery before you slap it in.

hes on the internet ,kind of expensive tho.might hit up spooney on the forum here .he may be able to help you .also i have a local guy that fixes amps for me pretty cheap usually too
