I need help!

I am a new driver wanting to get some subs in my car to show off at school. I have a 2012 Scion tC and I was needing to know first of all a sick set up that I could get for under $700. I'd like to have dual 12 Kicker L3s, but I don't know what all I'd need for it. Also would I need to upgrade anything, get a new battery, ect.? Please let me know.

dont buy the kickers ,there is much better.you'll need the subs and amp then a ported box ,loc, and amp kit i can set you up with better

Definitely don't buy the Kickers. You willing/able to build your own subwoofer box? If so, take some measurements of your trunk, see what the max dimensions you have to work with are. Do you want 2 12's, or is a single 15" in the cards? Depending on the size of your trunk a single 12" or 15" might be better and easier for you.

Are you only wanting amp/subs? Or you looking for head unit, front speakers, 4 channel amp, etc.?

hrmm I would do a used saz-1500 on two Obsidian audio 12s in the correct ported box with a run of 0 gauge to the back on a cache line out converter.

First off, stop aiming for Kicker. Do you just want this to look good or actually sound good? Then go take some measurements. Are you willing/able to build your own box? And what do you mean by a "speaker head"?

this is all junk and a waste of money . what i recommended would be nice for you.ab 12s x2 with a ab amp, amp kit and loc and box new and shipped to your door

I don't know what "ab" is. And could you link me to the items?

I have no clue what the big 3 is...I've seen people mention it, but no clue. If it helps to know this, I am 15 and just starting research on some subs so I don't know anything about them.

There is a sticky on it in the electrical section. It's easy.

well the big 3 is some 0 gauge wire additions that you can add to help your electrical ^^^^^^this.it will cost another $80 shipped for a direct bolt on kit
