best way to wire the system.

Oh my buddy just got 2 Rockford Punch P2D2 12s and he has a Diamond D6 1000.1 amp. I wired the subs together to get an 2 ohm load in a vented box. amp does 500 rms at 2ohm They bang but he wants more what can he do? They are wired with 12 gauge wire I think he should if bought 10 gauge but he didnt. Also subs are pointed toward him with the seats layed down in his 07 cobalt do u think he should turn them toward the trunk lid ??? Give me Ur opinions

does he want better bump ,towards the back into the trunk,also 8 gauge wire not 10 , 4 gauge would be even better

Yea so 2 ohm with the dual 2s the best way to wire them

if the amp will take a .5 ohm load then this will give more power ,but your amp is 2 ohm stable
